In the business of CTS process outsourcing, under his leadership his team had successfully delivered a benchmark number of 1.7 million cheques on a single day, which was termed as the highest volume ever handled by any business partner in Indian banking industry.

Chanchal has over 20 years of technical experience in the fintech domain providing technical direction, design and system integration for banking systems. At NCR Corporation, he was a key member of the technical team that oversaw the set-up, installation and support for the cheque truncation system. He brings immense experience in managing high-performing software development teams that exceed client expectations.

Prasad has over 30+ years of experience in information technology. He has previously worked at IBM, HP, and Nike. As a software engineer, he has “lived through COBOL to Cloud” in his long and distinguished career.
